What to understand first
Lanview Server manages devices, security, audit records, settings, packages and command routing. Lanview Studio is the administrator application. Lanview Client runs on managed Windows devices and connects outbound to Lanview Server. Lanview Agent supports user-session features such as visible user messages and Lanview-native remote support.
Devices are not fully manageable just because the Client is installed. New devices need to connect to Server and be approved in Lanview.
