Validates a Lanview package zip containing package.json at the root. Displays whether the package is valid, manifest summary fields, referenced content-file checks, zip size, and SHA-256 hash. Validation only. Does not register, copy, deploy, install, transfer, persist metadata, or modify Server.bind. Example: package.validate "C:\Temp\7zip-24.09.zip"
