Lists matching running processes across commandable members of a group. Fans out ProcessList commands to active commandable known group members, waits for client results, and returns a summary plus per-target process sections. Offline, unavailable, unknown, and failed targets are reported per target. First group process slice. /filter is required to avoid very large group output. Not implemented yet: unfiltered group listing, group PID selectors, group /user execution, and Agent dispatch.
