Lists Studio-uploaded payload cache entries.

Description

Lists Studio-uploaded payload cache entries. Displays cached payload id, file name, size, status, timestamps, retention mode, and shortened SHA-256. Use the PayloadId or an unambiguous exact file name with file.send /cache <PayloadId|FileName> to reuse a cached file. Read-only diagnostic. Does not expose normal server cache paths.
